Using the game

By creating an account or playing you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens with your account.

Play safely

The game happens in the real world. You play at your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety and that of others.

• Follow the traffic rules and watch your surroundings, not only the screen.
• Stay out of private property, restricted areas, construction sites and anywhere that is dangerous or closed.
• Do not take risks for a challenge, an ability or a hiding spot. Stop the game if something is unsafe.
• Be careful in the dark, in bad weather and when you are alone. Children should play with an adult.
• Respect other people. Do not follow, disturb or photograph strangers.

Fair play and conduct

• Do not cheat, for example by faking your location, sharing hiding spots outside the rules or using several accounts to gain an advantage.
• Do not insult, harass or threaten other players, and do not use names or photos that are offensive or that belong to somebody else.
• Do not attack, overload or try to break into the service.

We may remove content, end a game or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

Photos and texts you send in a game stay yours. By sending them you let the game show them to the other players involved, for as long as the game needs them. Only send photos you are allowed to share and do not photograph people who have not agreed.

Availability

We try to keep the game running, but it is offered as it is: it may change, be unavailable or contain mistakes, and GPS can be inaccurate. We can change or stop features at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damage that happen while playing, or for losses caused by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
